The sweet smell of the empty black asphalt streets decorating the hillsides with the salty ocean breezes beckoned the new wave of post 60's skateboarders when the urethane wheel made it's way to the market. The casted truck provided more reliability of serious downhill skateboard hill traversing and when the precision bearing became mainstream, THE RACE WAS ON!
G&S, Turner, Logan Earthski paved the asphalt up and laid way for future board designs.
And the racers, skating for simply the love it, coned the future of all downhill skateboard slalom races for the entire world.
